Craft Salt Mill by Simon Legald
Craft salt mill is one of the pieces in the Craft series which includes a range of kitchen tools, all made of oak and marble. It is designed by Simon Legald, a Danish product designer based in Copenhagen.
The shape is timeless and functional. The top marble part feels comfortable. Oak has a smooth texture and beautiful woodgrain which make this piece elegant and high-class. The contrast between marble to wood and concrete to wood House in Kita-Koshigaya is totally different, even though marble and concrete are in a similar medium category. Concrete with wood has a minimal and rough type of feel. Marble and wood create luxury to the texture.
