To cancel an order you have placed with Mu Wooden you must contact customer support by email (firstname.lastname@example.org Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information. Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs).
Our inventory can fluctuate throughout the day, so an item indicated as “instock” when you place your order may, in fact, be outofstock. In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on backorder. The email will also provide you with information on how to cancel the order if you would prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again. Most outofstock items are in stock again within four (4) weeks. Certain items for sale on our site are not kept in inventory but can be special ordered for you and shipped within four (4) weeks. If you select one of these items, your checkout page will indicate the actual shipping date
All items indicated to be instock are shipped on the same day if the order is placed before 1:00 PM Eastern Time. Instock items ordered after 1:00 PM Eastern Time will be shipped on the following business day. A confirmation email is sent once the item leaves our warehouse. This email will not only confirm that the item has left our warehouse, but will also provide the USPS tracking number for your item along with an estimated delivery date (according to USPS, and based on the shipping method you selected). IMPORTANT: As inventory fluctuates hourly, an item indicated as “instock” when you place your order may, in fact, be outofstock. In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on backorder. You understand and agree that Mu Wooden shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages done by any of the services we provide. All items are purchased at your own risk. Any damage caused by shipping is to be taken up by you with the shipping company. Mu Wooden will provide you with the tracking number and contact information for the shipping company as needed. Once this information is provided to you, it is your responsibility as the customer to contact and deal with the shipping company. Please note that international orders may be shipped via regular airmail and often do not come with a tracking number. We do not assume any responsibility for lost packages.
We want you to be completely happy with every Mu Wooden purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us within 7 days after you receive your order. If more than 7 days have gone by, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If the item you ordered is an overseas shipment, such as made in Germany and shipped from Germany, we might charge you for the shipping cost depends on the reason of returning the items.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in unused condition, in their original product packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Mu Wooden reserves the right to deny refunds, or charge a restocking fee if the merchandise returned does not meet the requirements above.
The cost of shipping an item back to Mu Wooden is always the responsibility of the customers. The original shipping and handling costs are not refundable. However, if you are exchanging an item, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement (US orders only). Mu Wooden is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments so we recommend you ensure your return.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped to customers. We encourage you to do the same when you receive your order. If you think an item is damaged, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery. Claims for damaged items will not be accepted after 48 hours.
We will confirm receipt of the returned item by email. You will also receive a confirmation email once a credit has been issued to your credit card.
