Casa Scout by BAAG
Casa Scout is a house for a group of Scouts in Buenos Aires, Argentina. It is built with concrete and has a beautiful wooden interior with custom furniture, designed by BAAG – Buenos Aires Group Architecture, a
studio likes to compose different materials, scenarios and objects to see the potentials.
Every room has large outward windows and inward wooden partition openings. The custom furniture such as drawers, shelves and cabinets are the highlights of the project. Since some of the space are classrooms for children, those pre-installed drawers are a perfect solution for organizing the space. Some of the shelves unite are installed as sliding doors which saves space and encourage interaction and communication between the different parts of the house
Would love to see more project like this for the new generation. It is time to bring creative functional designs and sustainable conscious into the classroom.
