Loft Buiksloterham by Heren 5 Architects & Paul Timmer

Loft Buiksloterham is a single-side oriented loft in a compact living space in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. It was a collaboration between Heren 5 Architects and furniture designer Paul Timmer. Heren 5 Architects is an architectural firm where architects work together with artists. The wooden loft almost features everything you need in a minimalistic and modern lifestyle in such a small area.

The large interior-unit is accomplished in a subtle palette of birch wood and white Corian. The ‘diamond edge’-detailing which gives the design its own unique look. The walk-in window enables abundant sunlight and the wooden loft makes this interior a little bit Nordic because it is functional and minimalistic.
