Edsall Street House by Ritz&Ghougassian
Edsall Street House is a modern home built with steel, masonry work, and wooden elements. The project incorporates two built envelopes designed by Ritz&Ghougassian, an architectural studio works across a number of archetypes, focusing on the language of architecture as a means to express volume and define habitation.
The interior is expressed with a series of masonry walls and wooden cabinets that extend past one another spreading space outwards. The light brown wood perfectly contrasts with white tiles and masonry work. It created an open space with a contemporary lifestyle.
