Koda Light Float by Kodasema OÜ
Koda Light Float is a waterfront house on pontoons, attached to the shore. It is a space-efficient movable house created by Kodasema OÜ, an Estonia-based architectural and engineering firm creates innovative housing and living solutions.
The floating house is constructed on timber frame using wood, glass, mineral wool and steel. Plywood finish creates a minimalist and cozy interior. There are many options for exterior finishes. such as timber, zinc cladding and various boards in a wide range of colors.
The innovation gives the opportunity of using urban or countryside waterfront space. The interior design is very Nordic and modern. The idea is brilliant, it could be a great weekend stay, vacation house, and studio.
