Wooden Containers by Horst Kontak
Those beautiful wooden containers are handcrafted by Horst Kontak, a Germany-based wood artist, inspired by a small Cocobolo wooden box from Lüder Baier in 1985 and began his workshop ever since.
All those small containers are unique and have those simple forms in a precise manner. Some of the lids have those interesting and decorative branches as the handle. It adds a playful touch and creates a contrast between the archaic bent and the fragments of branches, celebrating nature in its forms.
