Wedge Shelf is a shelving system without any hardware and locks created by Studio Snng, a Brooklyn-based design studio practice on exploring material, form, and space to develop objects and interiors characterized the simple beauty and enduring concept.
The shelves can be easily assembled with provided wedges. The modular design is configurable to multiple lengths and heights. It could be a great storage system for modern interior design, available in ash, white oak, walnut.
Joinery without hardware is one of the ancient woodwork techniques that still being used today. Wood are joined together to make furniture or structures has a joinery tradition in every culture. Especially, wood joinery techniques have been well documented and are celebrated in the Japanese, Chinese, European, and Indian traditions.
