Mutamenti by Gum Studio

Mutamenti is an astonishing collection of containers. The combination of those two materials’ grains is gorgeous. It is designed by Gum Studio, an Italian design studio that focuses on architecture, industrial design, graphic design, art direction for companies and events.

The bottom part the Mutamenti is made of aggregated stone that comes from geological stratifications. The top cover is made of natural wood. The shape of each container is an emotional collection that fits in each different interior design. Therefore, the design gives an interpretation of each individual’s conception of which through their own experience that defines its essence.

The billiemi grey stone and natural oak enhance the features of the objects in a fantastic and surprising contrast between color and grain. Moreover, the shapes combine and modify the geometries of the objects become distinguishable and noticeable.
